Our Weekly Meetings
HEALING THE SHAME: This meeting is about doing inner child work, and going back to the
family of origin, according to John Bradshaw. It is about finding out how the inner child was wounded and how to reparent and
undo the damage that might have taken place as a child.
CODEPENDENCY: In this meeting we discuss issues that lead to self-destructive behavior time and time again
and breaking the cycle once and for all. This meeting gets to the bottom of why we get into unhealthy relationships
that usually lead back to drugs. Work will be done to set up new belief systems and boundaries.
BIG-BOOK STUDY: How it all began. Discussing, explaining and studying the Alcoholics Anonymous Book.
SPEAKER MEETINGS: Successful women from the community will come in and tell their stories; these will
be women who come from similar circumstances and are now productive members of society.
CONCERN MEETING: This meeting will allow participants to express concerns or issues they may have with one another.
This will be the time to get together as a family to discuss any in-house issues and get them resolved by finding working solutions to everyday problems.
